Albert C. Hwang

Albert Hwang is a founding managing principal of Walnut Hill. Prior to joining Walnut Hill, Mr. Hwang was a partner at the law firm of Troutman Pepper LLP, where he focused on Commercial Development, Real Estate Investments & International Law. His representative experience included the acquisition, development & expansion of locations in New York and the Southeast for an international retailer. He also negotiated and drafted office and retail leases, commercial contracts, easements and restrictions for mixed and multi-use developments. In addition, he’s coordinated land use, title and real estate due diligence for the acquisition of improved & unimproved commercial property, negotiated settlements & agreements with local & state government agencies for condemnation proceedings and coordinated the sale of commercial property pursuant to the defeasance of existing deeds of trust.

Mr. Hwang received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies & Philosophy and his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Mr. Hwang is admitted to practice law in North Carolina & New York.

Jimmy G. Park

Jimmy Park is a founding managing principal of Walnut Hill. Prior to Walnut Hill, Mr. Park was a vice president of Acquisitions at Beacon Capital Partners, LLC where he primarily focused on west coast acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Park complements his acquisitions expertise with his previous accounting experiences as an assistant controller for Beacon Capital Partners, LLC and senior associate in Financial Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Park received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in International Relations from Cornell University and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
